Baby blues

Reserved for adults, adolescents, and pregnant (over 3 months) and breastfeeding women. 2 times a day, place 4 drops of the following mixture along of the spine, 3 drops on the solar plexus and 2 drops on the inside of the wrists: 

  • 10 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
  • 10 drops of Shelled Marjoram essential oil
  • 10 drops of Petit Grain Bigarade essential oil
  • 10 drops of Fragrant Verbena essential oil
  • 160 drops (8mL) of Argan vegetable oil

As a precaution, carry out these applications after breastfeeding and leave to rest for a while before moving closer to the baby.

Bath to sleep well

In a small empty container, mix:

  • 15 drops of essential oil Exotic Verbena
  • 15 drops of essential oil Marjoram with Shells
  • 10 drops of essential oil incense
  • 100 g of epsom salt

Pour the entire mixture into the bathtub already filled with hot water (around 100L) and stir the water so that the salt dissolves and distributes properly. You can enjoy the bath for a duration of 20 minutes.

Relaxing anti-stress bath

In a small empty container, mix:

  • 15 drops of essential oil Petit grain bigarade
  • 15 drops of essential oil Bergamot without Bergapten
  • 10 drops of essential oil Fine Lavender
  • 100 g of epsom salt

Pour the entire mixture into the bathtub already filled with hot water (around 100L) and stir the water so that the salt dissolves and distributes properly. You can enjoy the bath for a duration of 20 minutes.

Emotional shock

The essential oil of Roman chamomile :

  • From 3 years old and for adults. Through the skin, 3 drops of Roman Chamomile on the solar plexus when you feel the need.

Reserved for ages 6+. Massage 1 drop of the mixture onto the solar plexus and 1 drop onto the inside of the wrists. Renew the application 3 times a day until you regain emotional balance. For prolonged use (no more than 3 consecutive weeks) or for sensitive skin, dilute in vegetable oil.

  • 45 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
  • 45 drops of Shelled Marjoram essential oil
  • 10 drops of Exotic Verbena essential oil

Concentration

The essential oil of Field Mint:
  • From 6 years old & adults. Dermal, 1 drop of Wild Mint to dilute in vegetable oil and apply to the forehead. When applying, protect eyes from any contact.
Bergamot, kaffir lime, true lavender, hemlock, fragrant verbena
Reserved for ages 6+. Apply 1 drop of the mixture to the inside of each wrist then breathe deeply. Use this synergy before each event:
  • 50 drops of Noble Laurel essential oil
  • 50 drops of Peppermint essential oil
  • 50 drops of Black Spruce essential oil

Anxiety attack

The essential oil of Roman chamomile :
  • From 6 years old and for adults. Orally, place 1 drop of pure Roman Chamomile under the tongue.
  • From 3 months. In broadcast, use Roman Chamomile essential oil according to the diffuser's instructions for use.

Grapefruit, incense, yuzu, super lavandin, fragrant verbena, green mandarin, angelica, shell marjoram, vanilla, exotic verbena, fragonia

Reserved for ages 6+. Apply 3 drops of the mixture to the palms of the wrists and 3 drops to the solar plexus at the time of the attack.

  • 20 drops of Complete Ylang Ylang essential oil
  • 60 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
  • 20 drops of Sweet Orange essential oil
  • 10 drops of Exotic Verbena essential oil
  • 100 drops (5 mL) of Argan vegetable oil

Jet lag, jet lag

Reserved for ages 6+. Ingest the mixture 3 times a day, for 3 days from the day of departure. Place a drop of the mixture on a neutral tablet to let melt in the mouth.

  • 20 drops of Cinnamon essential oil
  • 20 drops of Peppermint essential oil
  • 20 drops of Lemon essential oil

Tobacco addiction

The essential oil of Hemlock, for adults and adolescents:
  • In olfaction, breathe straight from the bottle when the urge becomes too strong.
  • Dermal, a drop of hemlock in 4 drops of vegetable oil on the inside of the wrists, to breathe deeply.
Angelica, Roman chamomile

Reserved for ages 6+. Apply 2 drops of the mixture to the inside of the wrists and breathe when the urge to smoke is felt: 
  • 50 drops of Shelled Marjoram essential oil
  • 20 drops of Angelica essential oil
  • 10 drops of Exotic Verbena essential oil
  • 20 drops of Eucalyptus Radiata essential oil

Nervous breakdown

The essential oil of Neroli:
  • Reserved for ages 6+. Dermal, 1 drop of Neroli essential oil in 4 drops of vegetable oil to apply on the inside of the wrists and on the thorax, morning and evening. Take a week's break after three weeks of use.
Coming from the same plant as Petit Grain Bigarade essential oil, but more subtle and with a lower yield, Neroli essential oil remains very expensive... In case of depression, if you prefer a more economical alternative, the oil essential to Petit grain bigarade can be useful.
Grapefruit, Ho Wood, Rosewood, Frankincense, Hemlock, Ravintsara, Verbenone Rosemary, Damask Rose, Clary Sage, Vanilla, Fragrant Verbena, Basil, Greenland Ledon

Reserved for ages 6+. In skin application, place 1 drop of the mixture on the solar plexus and 1 drop on the inside of the wrists 2 to 3 times a day. If the depression is severe, have an energetic massage along the spine with 4 drops of the mixture diluted in 4 drops of vegetable oil, twice a day. For prolonged use or for sensitive skin, dilute in vegetable oil.

  • 45 drops of Shelled Marjoram essential oil
  • 15 drops of Fragrant Verbena essential oil
  • 75 drops of Petit Grain Bigarade essential oil

Diffusion Concentration

To stay focused, take your empty bottle, and add:

  • 20 drops of Wild Mint essential oil
  • 40 drops of Noble Laurel essential oil
  • 40 drops of Lemon essential oil
  • 40 drops of Black Spruce essential oil

Calm night broadcast

To fall asleep more easily, take your empty bottle and add:

  • 60 drops of Shelled Marjoram essential oil
  • 30 drops of Ravinstara essential oil
  • 30 drops of Petit Grain Bigarade essential oil

Fatigue

The essential oil ofBlack Spruce:

  • Reserved for adults and adolescents. Dermal, 2 drops of Black Spruce in 8 drops of vegetable oil applied to the lower back at the kidney level, 3 times a day. Take a one-week break after three weeks of use.

Green oregano, Ho wood, Rosewood, Cinnamon, Coriander seeds, Eucalyptus radiata, Galbanum, Ginger, Katafray, Noble laurel, Lemongrass, Lovage, Lemon mint, Peppermint, Nutmeg, Compact oregano, Spanish oregano, Scots pine , Ravintsara,, Mountain Savory, Turpentine, Thyme with Savory leaves, Thyme with linalool, Thyme with thujanol, Thyme with thymol.

Reserved for adults and adolescents. Dermal, apply 4 drops of the mixture by massaging into the lower back, at the level of the kidneys. Reapply morning and noon for a week.

  • 20 drops of Peppermint essential oil

  • 20 drops of Black Spruce essential oil

  • 20 drops of Scots Pine essential oil

  • 20 drops of Basil essential oil

  • 80 drops (4 mL) of Argan vegetable oil

Hyperactivity

The essential oil of True Lavender:

  • From 3 months. When inhaled, breathe the essential oil directly above the bottle, slowly and deeply, and repeat as many times as necessary.
Green Mandarin

Reserved for ages 6+. Cutaneously, apply locally 6 drops of the mixture along the spine + 3 drops of the mixture on the solar plexus. Repeat the operation morning and evening until improvement.

  • 40 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
  • 40 drops of Petit Grain Bigarade essential oil
  • 40 drops of Himalayan Spikenard essential oil
  • 120 drops (6mL) of Argan vegetable oil

Insomnia

The essential oil of Roman chamomile :

  • From 3 months. When inhaled, place 1 drop on the upper corner of the pillow, or on a tissue placed on the bedside table for a gentler diffusion. In broadcast, diffuse in the bedroom, 10 minutes before bedtime. Through the skin, dilute 1 drop in 9 drops of vegetable oil, massage on the solar plexus and/or the soles of the feet.
Angelica, Bergamot, Combava, True Lavender, Super Lavandin, Greenland Ledon, Green Mandarin, Shelled Marjoram, Lemon Balm, Red Myrtle, Green Myrtle, Himalayan Spikenard, Neroli, Sweet Orange, Petit Grain Bigarade, Ravintsara, Exotic Verbena , Scented Verbena, Complete Ylang Ylang, Yuzu

Reserved for ages 6+. By diffusion, inhalation or through the skin, 1 drop on the inside of the wrists to breathe. For sensitive skin, it is possible to add 4 mL of vegetable oil for application to the wrists, solar plexus or soles of the feet. :

  • 60 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
  • 30 drops of Bergamot essential oil
  • 30 drops of Petit Grain Bigarade or True Lavender essential oil depending on preference

Stress and anxiety massage

From 3 months. Massage the back, legs, feet then hands with:

  • 10 drops of essential oil Marjoram with Shells
  • 10 drops of essential oil Fine Lavender
  • 10 drops of essential oil Petit grain bigarade
  • 3 tablespoons (30mL) of vegetable oil Apricot kernels
  • 2 teaspoons (i.e. 4mL) of vegetable oil Borage

Ophthalmic Migraines

Reserved for ages 6+. When applied to the skin, massage the painful area with 4 to 6 drops of the mixture:

  • 20 drops of Pistachio Lentisque essential oil

  • 20 drops of Peppermint essential oil

  • 10 drops of Basil essential oil

  • 10 drops of True Lavender essential oil

  • 40 drops of oily macerate of St. John’s Wort

Migraines & headaches

The essential oil of Pepper mint :

  • For adults and adolescents. Through the skin, 2 pure drops of Peppermint massage on the temples and forehead, as soon as necessary. (Watch your eyes!)

True Lavender, Wild Mint.

Reserved for ages 6+. On the skin, apply 4 drops of the mixture locally to the pain area as needed, up to 3 times a day for 2 to 3 weeks. If the pain persists, take a break for a week and consult your doctor.

  • 20 drops of Nutmeg essential oil
  • 20 drops of Peppermint essential oil
  • 10 drops of Basil essential oil
  • 10 drops of True Lavender essential oil
  • 40 drops (2mL) of St. John’s Wort oily macerate

Nervousness (pregnant women)

Reserved for pregnant women over 3 months and children over 6 years old. When applying to the skin, place 2 drops of the mixture on the solar plexus + 1 drop on the inside of each wrist and breathe. Repeat this operation 2 to 3 times a day, as needed, and during the most critical periods.

  • 2 drops of essential oil Green Mandarin
  • 2 drops of essential oil Petit grain bigarade
  • 2 drops of essential oil Fragrant Verbena
  • 120 drops (6 mL) vegetable oilAlmond

Neuralgia

The essential oil of Roman chamomile :

  • From 3 months and for adults. Through the skin, dilute 1 drop of Roman Chamomile in 4 drops of vegetable oil then apply to the area, 3 times a day.
Yarrow, Lemon Eucalyptus Scented Wintergreen, Shelled Marjoram, Wild Mint, Peppermint, Goldenrod, Scented Verbena.

Reserved for ages 6+. Apply 4 to 6 drops of this mixture to the painful area using a local skin massage. Repeat this application 3 times a day until relief (without exceeding 3 consecutive weeks of use).

  • 30 drops of Peppermint essential oil
  • 30 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
  • 45 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil
  • 130 drops (6.5 mL) of St. John’s Wort oily macerate

Fear of flying

Reserved for ages 6+. At least 1 hour before the start of the flight, massage 4 drops onto the solar plexus and 2 drops into the palm of the wrists. Breathe in their scent deeply by bringing your wrists to your nose.

  • 50 drops of Petit Grain Bigarade essential oil
  • 45 drops of Shelled Marjoram essential oil
  • 5 drops of Exotic Verbena essential oil

Stress

The essential oil of Petit grain bigarade :

  • From 3 months. In broadcast, pour the number of drops of Petit Grain Bigarade indicated on the instructions. Broadcast in blocks of 30 minutes maximum.
  • From 3 years. When inhaled, 1 drop of pure Petit Grain Bigarade on the wrists to inhale deeply, 3 times a day, until improvement. Take a one-week break after three weeks of use.
