Reserved for adults and adolescents. Dermal, 2 drops of Black Spruce in 8 drops of vegetable oil applied to the lower back at the kidney level, 3 times a day. Take a one-week break after three weeks of use.

How to use

Special precautions

  • This synergy is hormone-like.

Why these essential oils?

Peppermint as a stimulant for the body

L'peppermint essential oil has a molecule with toning properties. This is menthol, an alcohol representing up to 50% of its composition. It will stimulate several functions of the body and thus “wake it up”.

This stimulation takes place at different levels. On the one hand, through its hypertensive action, it will raise the low blood pressure sometimes observed in cases of fatigue. Black Epinette: the anti-pump par excellence

Lblack Spruce essential oil is the “anti-kick” oil by reference. Its majority composition of monoterpenes makes it an essential oil with extremely tonic properties. It notably contains alpha pinene, a molecule with the “cortison-like” action sought here.

Through this hormonal effect, it intervenes on the “pituitary-cortical-adrenal” axis. This endocrine system governs the body's various processes and, when it fails, states of fatigue are often felt. Thus, by modulating hormonal mechanisms, Black Spruce essential oil will provide general stimulation of the body to quickly get it back on its feet.

Scots Pine as a physical tonic

To put all the chances on your side to revitalize the body, combine thescots Pine essential oil to that of Épinette Noire is the gesture to take. Just like the latter, it has alpha pinene with very important “cortison-like” effects for this synergy. In Scots Pine essential oil, alpha pinene is associated with a unique combination of molecules, which could explain its unique and complementary action to that of Black Spruce.
