Why these essential oils?

Peppermint: a powerful painkiller

L'peppermint essential oil brings to this synergy its powerful local analgesic properties which will help reduce pain of nervous origin. This oil is composed of more than 30% menthol which, when applied to the skin, stimulates cold receptors by activating their calcium channels leading to an anesthetic action through the sensation of cold. At the same time, menthol will depress pain receptors to inhibit the transmission of nerve messages to the brain. Thus, Peppermint will relieve muscular or neuralgic pain.

Finally, this essential oil will calm nerve inflammation linked to damage to the nerve causing neuralgia by preventing inflammatory substances from forming.

Lemon Eucalyptus as an anti-inflammatory

L'lemon Eucalyptus essential oil is composed of more than 65% of a very anti-inflammatory molecule: citronellal. It intervenes by modulating the immune response and mobilizing leukocytes, circulating cells allowing the elimination of pathogens responsible for inflammation. In this way, it calms the sensations of heat and redness that arise from inflammation. Finally, this anti-inflammatory action is complemented by the inhibition of the production of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), pro-inflammatory, which contributes to the development of the lesion and which participates in the resulting inflammatory cascade.
Finally, this oil also provides its skin analgesic properties to reduce pain linked to certain types of lesions, such as that of a nerve.
Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil therefore acts effectively against all types of pain, whether muscular, joint or neuralgic.

Roman Chamomile to limit pain-related spasms

L'roman Chamomile essential oil brings monoterpene esters to this synergy. Among them, we can count on isobutyl angelate which is a very spasmolytic molecule. It will help alleviate the nerve spasms causing neuralgic pain.

It is also widely used externally for its anti-inflammatory action on the skin. Finally, it provides its calming and relaxing properties to help you relax.

Why this vegetable oil?

St. John's Wort: the reference against neuralgia

Effective against pain located on the nerves and joints, the oily macerate of St. John's wort is very anti-inflammatory due to its hypericin content. It reinforces the action of essential oils to limit the extent of the inflammatory reaction, while serving as a very good conductor of essential oil in the blood. It will thus help calm neuralgic pain.
