The quick reflex: Roman Chamomile

For adults and children over 3 years old.

  • Inhaled, breathe directly above the bottle of Roman Chamomile, or pour a few drops onto an inhaler stick.
  • Dermal, dilute 1 drop of Roman Chamomile in 9 drops of vegetable oil and massage the inside of the wrists, the soles of the feet and the solar plexus.

From 3 months.

  • Inhaled, place 1 drop on a tissue placed on the bedside table for gentle diffusion.
  • In broadcast, use Roman Chamomile essential oil according to the diffuser's instructions for use, in the absence of the young child.
  • Dermal, mix 1 drop of Roman Chamomile in 19 drops of vegetable oil, to massage on the back and soles of the feet.

To calm your anxiety attack, take your empty bottle, and add:

    • 20 drops of essential oilYlang ylang complete
    • 60 drops of essential oil Roman chamomile
    • 20 drops of essential oilSweet Orange
    • 10 drops of essential oil Exotic Verbena
    • 100 drops (5mL) vegetable oil d'Argan

Cap (click!), homogenize then label your bottle. Your synergy is ready!

How to use

Apply 3 drops of the mixture to the palms of the wrists and 3 drops to the solar plexus at the time of the attack.

Special precautions

Why these essential oils?

Complete Ylang Ylang calms the heartbeat

During an anxiety attack, heart rate and blood pressure increase. L'complete Ylang Ylang essential oil is thus an important component of this synergy due to its hypotensive and anti-arrhythmic properties. The sesquiterpenes it contains in quantity will indeed help regulate the heartbeat.

In this way, general calming will be promoted to stop the anxiety attack.

Roman Chamomile relaxes the muscles

L'roman Chamomile essential oil contains the vast majority of esters. These molecules are generally considered to be extremely calming and antispasmodic.

One of these esters, isobutyl angelate, is referenced as being the most antispasmodic. It acts at the level of ion channels involved in muscle metabolism. By modulating their activity, it prevents sustained muscle contraction. It will therefore help to relax the muscles, which will have the direct effect of relaxing the body. With its relaxing effects, Roman Chamomile essential oil is ideally suited to this synergy to combat anxiety attacks.

Sweet Orange reduces nervousness

Very well known for promoting relaxation and calming anxiety,sweet Orange essential oil brings a new composition of molecules to this mixture. This mixture of components gives it a characteristic smell which will immediately soothe nervousness and anxiety.

Sweet Orange will also complement that of Ylang Ylang with its regulating action on heart palpitations. The addition of this essential oil to our mixture is therefore entirely justified here.

Exotic Verbena contributes to the overall relaxation of the body

L'exotic Verbena essential oil provides an oil very rich in citrals. These monoterpene aldehydes disrupt the transmission of molecules at the level of ion channels responsible for muscle contraction. This action causes muscle relaxation, largely contributing to overall relaxation of the body.

Exotic Verbena essential oil thus proves to be very strongly calming. For this reason, and the new molecules that it brings to the synergy, this essential oil is essential to our synergy.

Why this vegetable oil?

Argan helps oils penetrate the body

To make an anxiety attack go away, you have to act quickly. For this, it is theargan vegetable oil which will be the most indicated: thanks to its affinity with the skin barrier and its penetrating power, it will transport essential oils directly to the heart of the body, to allow them to act quickly and effectively. It is not for nothing that we say that Argan is the best carrier for essential oils!
