The essential oil ofLemon Eucalyptus :

  • Reserved for ages 6+. Through the skin, 1 drop of Lemon Eucalyptus in 4 drops of vegetable oil, 3 to 4 times a day on the painful area, until improvement.

Osteoarthritis

Pour the entire mixture into the bathtub already filled with hot water (around 100L) and stir the water so that the salt dissolves and distributes properly. You can enjoy the bath for a duration of 20 minutes.

Muscle relaxing bath

In a small empty container, mix:

  • 20 drops of essential oil Fine Lavender
  • 10 drops of essential oil Rosemary with Camphor
  • 10 drops of essential oil Turpentine
  • 100 g of epsom salt

Pour the entire mixture into the bathtub already filled with hot water (around 100L) and stir the water so that the salt dissolves and distributes properly. You can enjoy the bath for a duration of 20 minutes.

Yarrow, Carrot, Benzoin

Reserved for ages 6+. Depending on the area of ​​application, massage a small or large amount of the mixture, 3 times a day for 5 days:

  • 10 grams of Shea butter
  • 5 drops of Lavender Aspic essential oil
  • 5 drops of Rosat Geranium essential oil
  • 5 drops of Cistus essential oil

Sprain

The essential oil ofItalian Helichrysum:

  • From 6 years old and for adults. Through the skin, 3 pure drops of Italian Helichrysum on the sprain, after having cooled it with an ice pack, once a day, until the sprain disappears.
  • From 3 months to 3 years, and for pregnant women over 3 months. For pregnant women, children and babies, use is possible by diluted localized cutaneous route on medical advice.
