Who can use it?

Due to the presence of terpene ketones (menthone), this hydrosol should not be used by pregnant and lactating women as well as children under 3 years old.

Main properties

  • digestive :

    menthol is antispasmodic, it acts on the digestive system by reducing muscle spasms responsible for nausea, bloating and travel sickness. Hydrosol also helps reduce intestinal gas.

  • refreshing :

    like the plant from which it comes, Peppermint hydrosol is very refreshing. It helps fight against hot flashes and soothes sun burns. It also regulates excessive sweating. It is therefore essential in summer!

  • circulatory :

    peppermint hydrosol stimulates venous and lymphatic circulation. It helps fight circulation problems such as varicose veins, heavy legs or hemorrhoids.

  • analgesic :

    peppermint hydrosol soothes itching caused by chickenpox bites or spots, for example. Its analgesic action also allows it to relieve burns, migraines or shingles.

  • astringent, purifying :

    in case of problem skin, Peppermint is the most suitable hydrosol. It purifies oily and acne-prone skin, calms inflamed spots and tightens pores.

  • skin tonic :

    by stimulating blood circulation, Peppermint hydrosol allows better irrigation of the skin, and restores radiance.
