Hydrosols can be used in hydrolatherapy, and act on many problems. Indeed, although they are mainly composed of water, they also contain all the volatile water-soluble compounds of the plant as well as a tiny part of essential oil for some. This composition makes it possible to give the hydrosols numerous properties.
