Roman Chamomile hydrosol, also called Noble Chamomile, is very gentle, even more so than the essential oil! If the latter cannot be used for newborns, this is not the case for hydrosol, which is also the preferred hydrosol for mothers and babies. Anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic and calming, it is indicated to relieve colitis, teething and diaper rash. Main properties

  • calming, relaxing :

    with its sweet smell, Roman Chamomile regulates emotions to promote relaxation in cases of stress and anxiety. It also helps improve the quality of sleep to sleep better at night, and helps to defuse anxiety and nervous attacks. It acts as a sedative.

  • anti-inflammatory :

    roman Chamomile hydrosol calms the body's inflammatory reactions at all levels. At the skin level, it helps relieve irritated eyes, sunburn, eczema and all kinds of itching. Internally, it can act on intestinal inflammations for example.

  • analgesic :

    roman Chamomile hydrosol, like the essential oil, is slightly analgesic. It soothes various pains in babies such as teething or colic, but also in adults, in cases of migraine or skin pain.

  • antispasmodic :

    by fighting against involuntary spasms of the body, Roman Chamomile hydrosol helps relieve certain digestive and nervous disorders.

Against the Insomnia

Simple use

From 3 months.

  • Orally, dilute 1 teaspoon in a glass of water or in a baby bottle. It is also possible to spray the hydrosol on the nipple before feeding.
  • In atmospheric spray, spray the hydrosol in the air before bedtime.

From 3 months. Orally, add 1 teaspoon of the following mixture to a cup of hot water, to take at 6 p.m. and at bedtime:

  • 10 mL of Lemon Verbena hydrosol
  • 20 mL of Roman Chamomile hydrosol

  • 20 mL of Marjoram hydrosol
