The Aloe diffuser is a essential oil diffuser by gentle heat entirely artisanal. He is made in France in a workshop located a few dozen kilometers south of Lyon, in an ethical and eco-design approach. It combines the know-how of 2 creative craftsmen: a cabinetmaker and a glass roofer.
Its principle is based on gentle heat: a 5 watt bulb gently heats the glass tank which surrounds it, on which the essential oils are placed. The essential oils are thus heated to a temperature below 40°C so as not to alter their quality. Depending on where the essential oils are placed on the tank, the Aloe diffuser will be able to diffuse over an area of approximately 20 m² maximum.

The big advantage of the Aloée diffuser is its manufacturing: it is designed and manufactured a few dozen kilometers from Lyon, in Ardèche, by a cabinetmaker and a glass roofer. It is the first diffuser made in France ! The icing on the cake is that its operating and manufacturing methods have been designed to have a minimum impact on the environment. Its exterior is made of ash wood from the Rhône-Alpes region, and selected for cutting by the National Forestry Office (ONF). The wood chips from turning are entirely recycled to ensure heating in the workshop. The glasses are made in Italy then transformed and thermoformed in the workshop in France using specific know-how. The principle of diffusion, gentle heat, is economical and requires only a few essential oils and electricity (consumption of approximately €2.50 per year if it is on permanently). The principle of diffusion is based on that of air convection. The air heated by the 5 watt bulb is pushed upwards by the cold air which penetrates the shapes cut into the wood. The essential oil deposited in the glass tank is therefore diffused by the combination of air convection and evaporation.
The Aloe diffuser allows you, above all, to benefit from essential oils in diffusion but not only. The glass cup located on the top also allows you to warm massage oils, care, or melt Shea butter. Finally, it emits a very warm light. It can therefore be used in mood light, quite simply. This triple use makes it a particularly pleasant diffuser to use, and relatively easy to integrate into your interior.
In addition to diffusing essential oils, the Aloe diffuser is a decorative object in its own right. The combination of ash wood and glass, as well as its rounded shapes make it a very nice object. This is not the kind of broadcaster that we will try to hide, on the contrary. The choice of gentle heat is also very relevant since it allows silent diffusion, which makes it all the more pleasant to use. Finally, it is very easy to use.
After turning on the diffuser, it is advisable to drop a few drops of vegetable oil. This allows for kinematic viscosity, which improves the quality of diffusion of essential oils. Wait about 10 minutes until the cup is warm. Then add the essential oils. This diffuser can be adapted according to needs:
The temperature used is between 35 and 45°C, and does not denature essential oils. Very slowly, the scent of essential oils spreads into the atmosphere thanks to the gentle heat, without saturating the ambient air.
It is recommended to remove the upper wooden part of the diffuser before placing the EOs in the tank, in order to avoid damaging the varnish with EO splashes.
Maintenance of this diffuser is very easy : After each use, simply clean the glassware with a soft cloth.
Furthermore, vegetable oil, in addition to improving the quality of diffusion, prevents residues of essential oils from adhering to the glass. They may therefore be of interest in the maintenance of the diffuser in the long term.
