How to use it alone?

Adults and adolescents : 5 to 15 drops per day in a glass of water, preferably in the morning, 15 minutes before the meal for 3 weeks. Start with 5 drops and increase gradually:

Synergistic uses

    Fatigue

    Blackcurrant can be combined with macerates of buds of Oak and of Sequoia, also endocrine stimulants, to combat fatigue.

    Immunity

    Blackcurrant, White Fir and theRosehip can be used in combination to stimulate immunity. All three are invigorating and help increase the body's defenses.

    Arthritis
