La Compagnie des Sens, specialist in the sale of essential oils online, is committed to shipping orders in record time!

Packages are shipped within 48 hours worked maximum after receipt of your payment. In addition to this delay is added that of the carrier, which varies depending on the offer you choose. The delivery times that we indicate on the product pages are estimates and depend on the carrier chosen. 

Several delivery methods

For our shipments, we have selected several options offering choice in terms of budget and delivery times:

  •   Collection at a relay point (Colissimo or Mondial Relay), available for delivery in Metropolitan France, Belgium or Luxembourg : the most economical

From the moment your package leaves our premises, allow 48 to 72 working hours of delivery for mainland France (and 2 to 5 working days for Belgium and Luxembourg) before your package is made available to a network of merchants. near you.

An SMS and/or e-mail is sent to inform you of the arrival of your order at the relay point.

  •   Collection at an Express relay point (Chrono Relais): the expressway at a relay point


For all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3 p.m. and destined for mainland France: express delivery to your home the following working day between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. to a local Chrono Relais relay point. Delivery of your package upon presentation of your identity document and signature.

 

  •   Home delivery with Colissimo (tracked parcel without signature) or Colis Privé : the classic formula at home

From the moment your package leaves our premises, allow 48 to 72 business hours for delivery before the package is placed in your mailbox.

 

  •   Home delivery with Chronopost: the expressway at home

For all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3 p.m. and destined for mainland France: express delivery to your home the following working day between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. (Saturdays included). Hand delivery (always better!  ^^) and against signature.

Chronopost notifies you of the delivery time slot by SMS and/or e-mail on the morning of delivery.

 

  •   Chrono Express International – tracked and delivered against signature

Delivery outside mainland France: delivered in 48 hours to the French Overseas Territories, 1 to 3 working days to Europe and 2 to 5 working days to the rest of the world.

Caution: if you are abroad and in the French Overseas Territories, customs clearance or dock dues costs may be incurred depending on your country and the amount of your order. Please inquire in advance with the competent authorities in your country or on their website.

 

  •   On-site recovery: it’s more humane!

Kill two birds with one stone and come say hello to us by collecting your order at our premises in Lyon from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and from 1:15 p.m. to 4 p.m.

When your order is on the departure line, you will receive a clickable link by email allowing you to follow the correct delivery of your order.

Between the shipment of your package and its delivery, we invite you to keep an eye on your junk mail to make sure you don't miss any important communications regarding the successful delivery of your order.

Prices

Overall, Compagnie des Sens helps you finance transport, by contributing 50% of the shipping costs. We also offer 2 levels of free shipping.
From €33.50 of purchases, delivery to a relay point (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) is offered to you in Metropolitan France and Belgium.
From €57.50 of purchases, express delivery to Chrono Relais relay points is also offered. 

The price depends on the weight of the package, the amount of your order and the location of the recipient of the order (in France or abroad).

We advise you to group your purchases into a single order, otherwise you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

Packaging

We take particular care in preparing your package and protecting it! Each order is packaged in specific packaging, adapted and above all, entirely recyclable!

Delivery coverage

We currently ensure delivery in mainland France and overseas, in Switzerland, in Europe and... the whole world in fact !*

Return of products

If within 14 days of receipt of your order, you wish to withdraw and return all or part of your order to us, go to your customer area to make the request and here for all legal information (CGV - Article 15: right of withdrawal).

The shipping costs for this return remain the responsibility of the customer who withdraws.

Once your package has been received by us, and after we have verified that its contents are new (unopened, unused or unconsumed), we will reimburse the purchase value of the product(s). ) within 10 working days. Excluding shipping costs since consumed.

Any return of product(s) that does not comply with our T&Cs or is not declared in advance via your customer area cannot be processed. Thank you for understanding.

Because shopping online must remain simple, we offer 4 different payment methods:
