To make your own massage oil, nothing could be simpler. All you need to do is mix the right essential oils into the right carrier oil, in the right proportions. The choice of plant base is very subjective and will depend above all on your preference, however the choice of essential oils will directly depend on the properties expected from this massage. Relaxing and well-being massage

From 3 months. Massage the entire back with: 

  • 15 drops of essential oil Roman chamomile
  • 15 drops of essential oil True Lavender
  • 60 drops of vegetable oil Borage
  • 3 tablespoons (30 mL) of vegetable oil Apricot kernels

From 6 years old. Massage the muscle areas with:

  • 25 drops of essential oil Fragrant Wintergreen
  • 40 drops of essential oil lemon Eucalyptus

From 3 months. Massage the back, legs, feet then hands with:
